CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
As long as your item is in stock our team will start to prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend or cancel your order.
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION CODE?
If you have one of our Promotional or Offer Codes, just add the code to the Add a Coupon box on the Shopping Bag page and click APPLY.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
At Chinar Jewels, we are committed to offering a seamless and secure shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make every purchase simple and hassle-free.

Try on the jewellery you’ve received, however, if for any reason you wish to return it, we’ve got you covered with a smooth and straightforward return process, no questions asked.
Return Policy
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, with all tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, Naths (Nose Pins) cannot be returned.
- Furthermore, our customer support team is always available to assist you with returns, payments or shipment-related queries.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our standard shipping time is 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
In order to keep your jewellery looking beautiful, store it in an airtight box, avoid contact with perfumes, water or sweat, and clean it with a soft cloth after each use.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMISED OR PERSONALISED JEWELLERY?
Yes! We offer customisation options for select designs. If you have a special request, please contact our team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
We take great care in packaging our products, however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery in real time.
WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY DOESN’T FIT?
For rings and bangles, please check our size guide before purchasing. However, if you need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll help you find the perfect fit.
