- Customers have 20 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.

- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised jewellery items are non-returnable.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery will not be accepted for return.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
