• Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them.
• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

• Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or personalised jewellery items are non-returnable.
• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery will not be accepted for return.
